Moderation
I know this is bad... I know this is really really bad... I've done something so bad that I myself can't forgive whatever I've just did. This... is... bad.
I... ate... cheese...
IT TASTED SO GOOD!
Oh, I can't take dairy products so that makes me a horrible person in the morning.
She knows it but I can't help it.
Sometimes in life, there are essential things that we all need in small portion but rather we choose to have it in large amount just to find out what it feels like or tastes like or seemed like or smelled like just to satisfy our need to know.
Not that we will die if we don't but we know in the back of our head it is an important part to have and having it once in a while will benefit us. It's like balancing between need and want. It's so hard to choose. And even though we never realize we had it all along but because it is in a small number, we think it will never mount to enough for us. But in truth, it is more than enough for us.
Moderation is the key. A little bit of this and little bit of that. It is all that you need in life. But at times, we tend to be needy and want more. It's not wrong but what spurs such desire or want? For me, it's a reminder of the food that I ate previously and I didn't end up so bad (went to toilet a couple of times and had to skip two meals). No matter how much the thought of what could possibly happen, I never thought it would be that bad. That was exactly what I thought.
But the pleasure of having such things can be enjoyable and you know "what don't kills you make you stronger". My eyes lightened up while I clinched my tummy.
Moral of the Story: Moderation - But if you failed, what don't kills you make you stronger!
